How to lose weight?

All, for some reason, want to be thin and beautiful.
Just kind of an epidemic!

Demand creates supply. How to keep yourself in shape? The Internet is just packed with ways, methods, and suggestions. How, when and what to eat and drink. How, when (I'm not talking about where) and how much to sleep. Like a walk, etc. etc.
How to understand this flow of information?
To do this, I created this blog. Let's share, discuss, confront, and advise.
