Charge and Weight Loss

We begin the morning exercises. Up ... down ... up ... down ... now the right age ...

Well, seriously, you have some form of dependence on your lifestyle.
  If he is passive (fold> refrigerator> couch), then you just need charging. Do not be lazy - be slim and beautiful - it's very hard work! Get up half an hour earlier and do a simple set of exercises, it will not hurt you.
